Pacific Rim Cuisine Luncheon Menu: Southpointe Grilled Herb Marinated Chicken Breast, Kula Mix Organic Greens, Roasted Corn & Black Bean Relish, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and a Roasted Garlic Tortilla and also Pacifica Lightly Blackened 7 Spice Seared Ono, Kula Organic Green Leaf Lettuce, Black Olive & Caper Relish, Wasabi Aioli Spread and a Sundried Tomato Tortilla, Fresh Garden Vegetable Pasta Salad with Basil Pesto Vinaigrette, Chilled Maui Gold Pineapple and Volcano Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie with Toasted Hamakua Grown Macadamia Nuts.
Vegetarian Entrée Option: Fresh Lettuce Wrap filled with Grilled Veggies.
Luncheon elegantly served on linen tablecloths with linen napkins, crystalline plates, and flatware.

* All Participants must be ages 4 and up.
* Guests must be ambulatory. Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, scooters, and strollers are not permitted. Tour operator will deny participation to Guests arriving in wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or strollers.
* Guests with heart or respiratory conditions, oxygen tanks or generators, may not participate.
* Child car seats are provided complimentary.
* Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
* Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, hat, jacket, or light cover-up for variable weather conditions. If you'd like to swim, bring your bathing suit and towels in a separate day bag. There are changing facilities available. Don't forget your camera and we recommend 2-3 rolls of film or additional memory chips.
* Guests are encouraged to bring currency to purchase optional extras, such as souvenirs.
* You should never feel that gratuities are expected, but it is customary to leave a tip to recognize exceptional service in restaurants and excursion guides and drivers. It is always up to you to determine the amount.

From Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua Area: Highway 30 to 380... turn right, 380 to 36... turn right at K-Mart, 36 to 37... turn left, 300 yards to Heliport.

From Kihei/Wailea/Makena Area: Highway 31 to 311... turn right, 311 to 380... turn right, 380 to 36... turn right at K-Mart, 36 to 37... turn left, 300 yards to Heliport.

We utilize both Blue Hawaiian and Air Maui Helicopters.
