For shared basket bookings, if you have not purchased trip insurance - We need 72 hours written notice at minimum prior to meeting time to cancel reservations even if you have rescheduled. We need to have ample time to be able to fill the space. If you have purchased the trip insurance, you will be allowed to cancel up to 8 hours of your scheduled meeting time no questions asked for a flight credit. You can reschedule your flight within one year at no additional fee. If we have to cancel for any reason, you will have the choice to either reschedule or be issued a full refund, minus trip insurance fees, processing fees, & booking fees.
For group bookings 6-13 or more passengers, 10 day written notice email prior to flight meeting time is required. Anything over 14 passengers, we need at least 20 days written notice prior to meeting time to cancel a reservation or reschedule any passengers.
For all private flights cancellations, we need at least 14 day written notice prior to meeting time so we can be able to fill the space.
If you book the wrong location, it's only transferable, not refundable.
