About this event

The Ali'i package provides seating in the first row of tables, preliminary activities, a Hawaiian style buffet dinner, Polynesian performance, a keepsake lei per guest, one printed photo for the party, appetizers on the table, and beverages.

A seating area is assigned for each party, and seating is designated based on the date that the guest booked the lūʻau. Separate parties may be seated on one table.

Good to know

The lūʻau event is primarily held outdoors. The lūʻau may be moved indoors without notice (when an indoor venue is available) due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. If the lūʻau is moved indoors, guests are given the option to reschedule to another lūʻau date, pending availability.

Directions

The address for the Fairmont Orchid Resort is, 1 North Kaniku Drive, Kohala Coast, HI 96743. The resort is approximately 21 miles north of the Kona International Airport.

From the airport, travel north on Highway 19. Take the next left after passing Waikoloa Road. This is Mauna Lani Drive. About a mile down on Mauna Lani Drive, you will get to a traffic circle; make a right at the circle, then follow the resort signs to the Fairmont Orchid.

Both self‑parking (with validation) and valet parking are complimentary.

Cancellation policy

Please review the cancellation terms before completing your booking.

Customers will receive a full refund with a 48-hour notice of cancellation prior to the event. Groups of 10 to 20 guests require a 72-hour notice of cancellation. Groups of 21 or more require a 10-day notice of cancellation. Contact us at 808.326.4969 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. If the lū'au is canceled before the start of the event, customers will receive a full refund. In the event of inclement weather during the lū'au, no refunds will be made once the show has commenced.
